Delivery

All products are sent by carrier companies within 3 business days from the date of order to the address which you have selected. Orders are sent out daily, except Sundays and holidays.

Deliveries within Greece

Delivery within Greece is free of charge with orders over 70€.

For orders under 70€ the charge of delivery is 4€ regardless of your location (mainland or islands).

For orders with Cash On Delivery, there is an extra charge of 2€.

Deliveries to Cyprus

Delivery to Cyprus is free of charge with orders over 130€.

For orders under 130€ the charge of delivery is 9,50€.

For delivery to Cyprus, the option Cash On Demand is not possible.

International deliveries to EU countries

For delivery to Cyprus, the option Cash On Demand is not possible.

In-store pickup

There is the option of picking up your order from our store (free of charge).

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return a product which you have received, you can do so within 14 working days from the day of delivery. None of the tags should be removed and the return should be accompanied with its proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

The return will be accepted after the approval of the company. For returns, you must first contact us by phone at +30 2842026011 or by email at info@blueshades.gr, and then proceed with sending the return to Blue Shades Stratigou Samouil 28 Ierapetra  Crete 72200

We will then send you electronically a credit coupon of equal value to your return which you can apply to your next order.

Defective products

We do our best to ensure that our products reach you in excellent condition. However, if you receive a defective product, a product that has been damaged during transport or a product which is not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days by phone at +30 2842026011 or by email at info@blueshades.gr and then proceed with sending the product back  Blue Shades Stratigou Samouil 28 Ierapetra Crete  72200 with Courier (ACS or Hellenic Post ELTA). We will take care of the return charges (excluding the cost of Cash On Demand). We will receive a refund on your credit card or bank account of your choice (depending on the type of payment which was applied to the product)within 15 days.

Alternatively, if you wish, we will send you a credit coupon of equal value to the returned product, which you will be able to redeem at a future purchase.

Colours

Regarding the colors of our products, we make a great effort to be as close as possible to reality. However, actual colours may vary due to screen variations.
